New User

We require the Splashtop Streamer ID of the PC that the new user will be using. This is so we know exactly which computer to take over and set up with their login/email account etc etc *To find the Splashtop Streamer id of a computer: Click Start > Type ‘splashtop’> Select the Splashtop Streamer program. The computer name will be top centre.

PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a Yes/No question. When a new user is created, we copy off an existing user as a starting point. We require the name of another CURRENT ACTIVE employee in the same job role, at the same franchise/dealership to ‘copy’ from. (If new user must be copied from a terminated user due to specific and one off job role, please contact us directly. ) The new user will have all the access/permissions they need and will be part of any applicable mailing groups etc.
